Conservation
Conservation Through Ethical Hunting
At KAXAN, hunting is guided by a simple principle: wildlife must be conserved for future generations.
All hunts are conducted under authorized wildlife management programs that establish strict quotas, seasonal regulations, and habitat stewardship practices designed to maintain healthy populations of native species.
KAXAN specializes in three of the Yucatán Peninsula’s most iconic game species: the Ocellated Turkey, found only in this region; the Central American Whitetail Deer; and the elusive Brown Brocket Deer.
By protecting native habitat and managing harvests responsibly, ethical hunting directly supports the long-term conservation of these species and the ecosystems they depend on.
At KAXAN, conservation is not separate from the hunt—it is the foundation of it.
